Woodinville 8 Years Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Woodinville 8 Year Straight Bourbon Whiskey exemplifies the peak of craft distillation and aging, making it a standout limited-edition release from the Woodinville Whiskey Company®. Limited to just 30 barrels, this bourbon highlights the founders' commitment to creating an extraordinary, authentic grain-to-glass bourbon. This rare whiskey is rich in history and craftsmanship, making it a true collector's item for enthusiasts and connoisseurs.

With a distinctive mash bill of 55% corn, 35% rye, and 10% malted barley, the foundation of this bourbon is laid with carefully chosen grains that ensure complexity and balance. Distilled with precision in Woodinville, Washington, the spirit is aged in private barrel houses, benefiting from Central Washington's dramatic temperature swings. These conditions enhance the whiskey's interaction with the oak barrels, drawing out the wood's natural flavors over eight years, resulting in a rich and nuanced profile.
