Originally released in 1992 on Dream Circle Records in Germany, Going Crazy is the debut album from American female-fronted melodic hard rock band Sahara—a polished, keyboard-driven AOR release that blends strong hooks, progressive touches, and arena-ready songwriting.

Fronted by the powerful and expressive vocals of Lizz Vandall, Sahara delivered a sound that comfortably sits alongside early-90s melodic hard rock while retaining a distinctly European AOR sensibility. The band’s chemistry is evident throughout the album, with layered keyboards, tasteful guitar work, and a tight rhythm section supporting memorable choruses and dynamic arrangements.

Sahara would go on to release one additional studio album, The Seventh House (1994), before disappearing into cult-favorite status among AOR collectors.
