Bardstown Bourbon Company Origin Series 6 Years Old High Wheat Bourbon

Soft wheat sweetness leads the way here. Bardstown Bourbon Company’s Origin Series High Wheat Bourbon balances lush caramel and ripe orchard fruit with a polished warmth that never drifts into heaviness. The six-year maturation brings structure and depth, while the high wheat mashbill creates a velvety texture layered with honey, baked peach, cinnamon, and fresh pastry notes. Beneath the sweeter profile, gentle oak spice and roasted nuts keep the whiskey grounded and remarkably drinkable at 106 proof.
